Complaints

Wilds Lodge School endeavours to deal swiftly, sympathetically and confidentially with any complaints, queries or concerns expressed about the education, safeguarding, welfare and treatment of any learner.

Most concerns can typically be resolved informally through discussion with the class staff or key worker. For more serious matters, please address them in writing to the Head of School, clearly outlining the subject of your concern.

All parents/carers are provided with information in the Welcome Pack at enrolment.

A full copy of the complaints policy is also available on our policies page or can be requested from the school office. All complaints are recorded and kept confidentially.
