Eco-Schools
In January 2016 and then in February 2018, Wilds Lodge was awarded the prestigious Eco-Schools Green Flag award. This marked the culmination of many years of work led by the Eco-team and supported by everyone at the School.
In order to achieve the Green Flag award, students have to demonstrate that sustainability is an integral aspect of Wilds Lodge School. The Eco-Schools programme is focused on nine key topics:
Woodland Trust, Green Tree Schools Award - Platinum
Team Wilds Wood have recently gained the Woodland Trust, Green Tree Schools Award earning themselves Platinum

The team are hoping to further the student’s achievement in Wilds Wood, working toward the John Muir Trust award.
The Nurture Group Network - Quality Mark
In 2017, Wilds Lodge was awarded the Quality Mark as an Approved School from The Nurture Group Network.
In 2018, Wilds Lodge became a National Nurturing School having successfully completed the Nurture UK programme.

We are delighted to have been awarded the prestigious Leaders in Safeguarding Quality Mark.
Last half term we were pleased to welcome Dr Dan Grant and his colleague to Wilds Lodge for a two day inspection of all things Safeguarding. We are really pleased to have been awarded the Leaders in Safeguarding Quality Mark which demonstrates our commitment to safeguarding children and young people.
